Where do you operate?
We serve all of New Providence, Bahamas. Whether you're in Nassau, Cable Beach, Sandyport, or anywhere on the island — we come to you. No need to drive to a shop.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily! As long as we can access your vehicle and you're reachable by phone, we can complete the service. Many clients leave their car for us while they work or run errands.
How long does a service take?
It depends on the package and your vehicle's condition. Essential packages typically take 1–2 hours, Signature packages 2–3 hours, and Prime Detail packages 3–5 hours. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you book.
What do you need at the location?
We bring all our own equipment and products. A standard electrical outlet is helpful but not always required. We'll confirm any requirements when we confirm your booking.
How do I pay?
We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the service. Pricing details will be confirmed before we begin any work.
Do you offer recurring / subscription bookings?
Yes! We offer repeat-client discounts for regular bookings. Whether you want a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly service, we'll create a schedule that works for you. Contact us to discuss a recurring plan.
